Meet the Founder
Evo’s Drivers was founded by Ivo Zelvis, who understands the industry intimately. With transport and recruitment experience, our owner formed this firm out of frustration with how larger agencies treat their employers and staff as statistics, not human beings. Our mission has been clear from the first day. Something more honest, reliable and human regarding the recruitment of staff and transport work. We value staying in touch and being transparent with our hard workers so that we can deliver the best of services to our clients all across Scotland. You’ll often find our founder at the heart of the operations, matching the right workers to the right jobs, coordinating with business and keeping up connections. We pride ourselves through the recognition that if we look after our customers and treat workers fairly they will return, and that is how we grow together.
